i dont eat Mcd's much anymore and refuse
to let william eat there! It's the worse
kind of food you can give to your child.
I'd rather he have a home made sandwich
for lunch than chicken nuggets and chips!

Dude! Filet o'fish is ROTTEN for you. As
is any meal you could buy there. This is
what is called 'empty calories'. You are
worse off for eating this kind of 'meal'.
Hopefully there was no pop and fries
involved too. That just compounds the
caloric junk.
Filet-O-Fish:
470 calories, 26g of fat, 5g of
saturated fat and 730mg of sodium.
That is 18% of the daily calorie
requirements, and 31% of the daily fat
requirements for an adult on a 2500
calorie per day diet.

I keep thinking about supersize me when I
hear mcdonald's. although right now i
could really go for a whopper...
unfortunately though, we're having
leftover meatloaf, mashed potatoes and
salad for lunch. which we'll then have
again for dinner....
