Going to a Place Like Las Vegas While Pregnant??? Posted: 12-16-07 04:46am


My wife and I are planning on going to Las Vegas. She is 3 months pregnant. In vegas people smoke everywhere; indoor/outdoor. Is this bad for her or the baby? I know Vegas has ventilated rooms such as the casinos and restaurants, but I am still afraid of it having an affect on the baby. We will be there for 2 nights. Any thoughts??

she shouldnt be around any one whos smokeing as this can affect the baby

I'm sure it would be just fine. You need to get out before the baby comes: there won't be much time for that afterwards! They have smoking/non-smoking places available and 2 nights isn't going to make a difference. There are even smoke-free casinos. I'm sure it's just like going to any other city too.
