My period is nine days early (I got my
last one exactly when expected last month,
after taking Plan B) ... yes, I am still
on the pill -- so I should not be having
breakthrough/withdrawal bleeds on the
"active" pills in my packet.
I am scared my bleeding might be
implantation bleeding, but how do I know
if it's from Plan B (taken on November 22)
or from having an implantation pregnancy?
What are my odds for either?

Your odds of it being 'implantation'
bleeding are SLIM to none.
Implantation bleeding, MEDICALLY speaking,
is very uncommon.
MANY women have breakthrough bleeding
while on the pill, ESPECIALLY after using
PLAN B, or taking pills later than usual.
