Ok, i am 18 year old male. comparing to the picture below, when i am fully erect my penis is at stage A and needs me to manually pull the foreskin back to get to stage b/c, but when i do pull it back the inner foreskin doesnt show and is restricted by the frenum. am i wrong or is this normal? or is it possible to do this without curcumision? http://www.circumcision.org /fig9.jpg

are you saying that your frenulum isn't allowing you to pull back your foreskin fully? In that case, you have frenulum breve. Does this sound right?
