I'm Worried I Have An Eating Problem
Posted: 12-17-07 18:35pm

Lately i have had a problem with eating a lot. I'm usually busy working because I'm in the military but whenever I'm alone I always eat, whether I'm hungry or not. Im starting to eat bigger and bigger plates of food at restaurants and friends' houses, and I'm gaining weight. just a few months ago i weighed 136 lbs., ad a month ago I was 163, and I dont even know how much i weigh now. I even took a pregnancy test because i thought i was pregnant. But that's not the case, and I'm worried because I'm only supposed to weigh 135 lbs. for my height and weight. Is this a problem? How do I fix it? It's making me feel worse and worse about how i look...

Thanks for any input,
Elizabeth

Hi,
I don't think you actually have a problem which is medical. I think your hormones may be messing up your system and diet routine. As you said you are in the military which, i am sure, can be stressful. I think if you try and eat things like salads and nice low fat foods which will fill you up and keep you going as well as keeping you fit. Do not always base your facts on BMI'S because they are general. Try and stay fit and healthy. If you find this extremely hard to maintain good weight, try a diet...whatever one works for you. You don't have to go to a club, but you can control your weight. I think if it means enough to you, you have the ability mentally and physically to help yourself.
I am here for you if you need any advice or support.

Goodluck

Luv me .x.
