i have a small lump under my arm. It has
been there for about 3 months and it is
rock hard. It is a about the size of a
pea. Should i be worried and have it
checked out by the family doc.

The manifestation of a lump under the
armpit could be anything including: a hair
root infection, an infected cyst, a sweat
gland infection, a swollen lymph node,
etc. A more precise diagnose can be given
only after a physical examination
(inspection and palpation) by your family
doctor.
