Cosmetic Surgery Fees

Besides getting assistance from creditor like capital one and care credit financing. Are there organizations or grants that can help assist those who are unable to pay for cosmetic surgery out of their pocket? If so, could someone direct or refer me to this assistance? I would appreciate it very much.
