I like Aiden but I'm not big on
Achilles...only because it reminds me of
the tendon in your ankle!
I love your girl name...Very pretty!

I think Aiden is very nice but the
Achilles thing might be something of a
butt of a joke for the children when they
get older

well, first, it's Achilles. second, his
last name is not Tendon. achilles is the
greek warrior, the achilles tendon is a
part of the body.
i don't like it, but i guess it's ok for a
middle name since middle names don't
really matter.

I like Aidan or Athene. Chloe Irene goes
together. I think Achilles is a bit much

first off Achillies was one of the
greatest greek warriors, and his only
weakness was his tendon on the back of the
ankle cuz -if you read or knew of the
story- his mother baptised him in a river
but had to hold him from one part of his
body which happened to be the ankle, that
was the only part not baptised and was why
his ankle -achillies tendon- was his weak
spot.
That is where the NAME of the body part on
your ankle is called, ACHILLIES TENDON
because of the Greek Warrior.

Everybody knows the story....but you made
it sound like Achilles's last name was
Tendon, actually I don't even think that
he had a last name....its been a long time
since I've read Homer's Iliad! Oh well,
this isn't a debate on Greek mythology so
back to the topic, I do like Aiden, but it
is a very commonly used name right now...I
would rather have something more unique. I
also really like Chole...my dad wanted to
name me Chole but my mom said it sounded
like something you would name a cow!

Ok...what's the point in asking for opions
if your not willing to accept different
responses. I was referring to Aiden not
being very orginal. Aiden has been a very
popular name over the last couple of
years...I teach Pre-K so yes I've heard
just about name you can imagine, and I
have taught 4 boys and 1 girl named Aiden
in the past 2 school years.

Well I personally love the boys name, and
knew where you got it from when I saw it.
Greek names are so cool. Girls name
wouldn't be a choice of mine. But its
cute.

I love Chloe Irene, very pretty. I prefer
Aidan spelt the original Irish/Scottish
way with an a. It's cute, but very
popular. I work in a daycare and just this
year we have 8 Aidan's, 6 boys, 2 girls.
Achilles is not my style at all. Everyone
who hears it will just think of the
tendon.

My Landlord's name is Achilles. It's not
my favourite name, but I don't think
there's anything wrong with it. And being
that it's in the middle name position, I
don't think it would be a big deal at all.

Aiden is a fine name, but Achilles is
usually spelt without the second i.
Chloe is OK but a bit too popular. Irene
is an OK name even though I feel totally
dissoaciated with any saint.

We found out the baby is a boy,
and decided to name him,
First name: George- -fiancee's name and
tradition for first born son to be named
after the husbands father
Middle name: Robert- -my dad's middle
name, i thought it would be nice to have
the middle name part of my fathers name
and i picked his middle name because my
dad's first name is James, and i thought
George Robert had a better ring to it.
