is located outside in 20 degree weather
while already having a cold?

I think it is perfectly healthy, and
stimultating to the circulatory system.
Often, when we have a cold, it is because
we are not eating the right foods, and
digestion slows dosn, allowing a ripe
environment for viruses and bacteria to
take hold. In fact, sweating is often a
recommended therapeutic treatment for
colds. How are you feeling nowadays?
