I Hate My Big Fat Body Posted: 12-19-07 21:44pm
Hi...
I want to know if there are REAL ways of
losing weigth, something that really
works. I have a baby. Shes one year old
now. when i first had my baby everybody
told me not to worry, that I would lose
weight by breastfeeding he. Well, I did it
for oneyaer and It didnt work! whats worse
my boobs went from a 36 size to a 42!!!
Then my friends told me not to worry, that
I should stop breast feeding her and then
my boobs would be normal again.. Guess
what? My boobs are now BIG and flubby...
and Im fatter than ever.. What should I
do? I have tried every single diet there
is and nothing seems to work... I hate my
BIG FAT body and that makes me feel
depressed and sad, I dont even want to
leave my house...

You can try Cardiovuscular activities.
Sort of like Aerobics or something, that
helps a lot of fat burn as well as improve
body fitness. If you put excersize along
with a well balanced diet, you should
loose the weight gradually over time.

I think there are 2 things you can do:
1. Stop dieting, and instead put effort
into eating healthier and more balanced. I
know this is really hard to do, especially
in today's society when there so much
tempting food around, but if you start
writing down what you eat every day and
maybe substituting some of the "bad stuff"
with 2X the amount of healthier food,
it'll better for you.
2. Find some time to exercise. I know this
is probably difficult because you have a
baby, but it's necessary if you want to
get into shape. Think of it as an
"investment" sort of...and not as
something that you HAVE to do. It
shouldn't be seen as a chore...rather, as
something enjoyable.
If you enroll at a gym, check out the
cardio equiptment; i.e. treadmill,
ellipticals, etc. Or you could try an
aerobics class. This'll get you sweating,
but it'll be a good thing! Try to mix
cardio with some weight training as well,
to build up your muscle; particularly for
your boobs, which you seem to be worried
about. Use the peck machine!
I'm sorry that you feel depressed about
your body...I've been through the same
thing. But for 2 months now I've been
following the steps I've mentioned above,
and I have seen an improvement in my
energy levels (I mean at first I was tired
because I wasn't used to doing so much
exercise...Usually when I get home from
school I'm pooped and just sit on the
computer/study all night...But once the
gym becomes a habit it's a good thing!)
and my body. I find going to the gym also
helps with stress.
Good luck!

Hi,
Weight gain after pregnancy is all but
natural. Try to maintain a healthy diet
and also get some exercise regularly.
Remember 20 minutes of brisk walking on 5
days a week will do you good compared to
no exercise. There are several diets
available but most often cause rebound
weightgain which is an increase in weight
after you stop those diets.

You can use Fat burner and meal
replacement combination. Because most of
ppl take fat burner but then they go and
eat crazy huge amount of calories food, so
itz the same thing. So if you can use fat
burner combined with a meal replacement
shakes, it would help you a lot. My
friends did that, and they were able to
lose 8-10bls in 2 weeks

a great weight loss plan Posted: 05-31-08 00:12am
You need a weight loss professional to
help you lose weight so that you can do it
safely and not get so dioscouraged. It is
worth the money to have a coach. There
are many side affects to dieting and they
can help you avoid those. If you cannot
afford to go to a center in your
community, you might try some of the
online plans. With ours, we do weight
loss parties and you invite friends to
lose weight with you. You don't have to
weigh in and the counsleors have cooking
classes and a support group. I lost 90
lbs. on our diet and I would love to help
you do it too!
