So another one of my Amazon boxes arrived
today, only to find it contained a wrong
item. So after about 5 mins of searching
their website I find the customer service
#. Well I think i got the biggest fool
they have. He keep saying Um, Hello? and i
had to explain my issue about 4 times.
then when he was thinking hed keep saying
um um um. it was sssoo obnoxious and he
had to send me a return label for the
thing i got and was like ill have to send
you a a a um... i had to say a return
label? and he was like ya one of those.
dumb ppl. at least my correct item is
suppose to be here monday. i was gunna b
pissed if it wasnt here by xmas.

they do have awful customer service.
hopefully you'll get it monday!
i'm waiting on an order i placed on the
13th. it just shipped on thursday so i
doubt it will be here monday. i'm pretty
irked, it has 2 of nick's christmas
presents in it.

you should have heard this dude it seemed
like he hadnt been shown how to do ne
thing. he kept havingto put me on hold. i
ordered this stuff the 12th, it shipped
thursday the 20th and was due to be here
monday but came early. I hope yours comes
Monday!
that would annoy me too, but you cant help
new people, they are still being trained,
he prob had to ask othe rpeople questions,
they prob stupidly hired people during the
busiest time of the year!
