give yourself the time to heal before you
do any thing. it can take a long time to
heal.

I understand. I had surgery in april and i
still am healing. i keep wanting to jump
the gun and do something i shouldnt. I
want to feel better now --but i need to be
patient and wait for it to heal. how long
ago did you have this surgery?

Yeah, i know-that's the way i feel! i
guess we'll both just have to be patient!
i had 2 disc removed from my lumbar region
on sept 19th, then the most extreme disc
in my cervical region with fushion(metal
plate with 4 screws) on oct 31st! i still
have 5 other disc herniations in my spine,
plus sacroiliac joint dysfunction...i'm
