I'm 25,female and since I was about 15 i've developed a very severe case of keloid acne.It looks horrible,hurts,itches and it's still spreading.For the moment i'm using steroid patches on some of the wounds and silicone gel on others.I'm also taking oxytetracicline to prevent acne.I've started this treatment 2 months ago and there is no sign of any improvement.I wonder if anyone knows any treatment for keloid acne.Thanks
