im so sorry for takeing up space ranting
but i need to REALLY BADLY
im BEYOND mad
the stupid stary dog that we are keeping
here because she had puppies at our house
just took a HORRIBLE poop on my EFFING
PILLOW
i walked in my room and the smell was
HORRIBLE
so i looked everywhere and couldnt find
any poop so then yeah there it is on my
damn bed
so then i start to take the sheets off and
stuff and she also PEED on it everywhere
so now i have no where to sleep im too
tired to shampoo the bed off. so i sprayed
lysol and got all the crap and stuff out
threw the pillow and pillowcases away
tonight im going to sleep in the spare
room. and im MAD ABOUT IT
how did the dog get upstairs?!!!! someone
left the damn gate open.
so guess what happens next?! i dont even
know
its a downward spiral into depression. im
sad im mad im upset. i just want to fight
with somebody. not physically fight. but
just an argument. i dont know why.
i am so exausted i could throw up. but
whenever i lay down i feel like im going
to cry
so im here
awake asking for help
or someone to talk to
because i need it
i didnt want to be on meds or drugs for
depression. i dont even wanna bring it up
to my dr but i have to. i have to because
kristen needs a mom that can function like
a nornal person and not cry and get sad
all the time.
my neck hurts and i think im getting a
tension headache
either that or a migrane

You do need to tell your doctor, sometimes
just telling someone else how you feel
knowing that they arn't judging you helps.
I went onto medication because i knew it
was the best thing for mine and Mika's
safety. At my worst point i was suicidal.
I can remember packing all of Mika clothes
and toys etc into bags and then when Dom
came up and asked what i was doing i said
'I'm giving her to Charlie as an early
birthday present', i was seriously screwed
up but i know it wasn't my fault. I've
heard that St johns wort can help too but
i don't know how mild depression has to be
for that

Just talk to the doctor Suzy. Even if its
not meds you need, but just someone to
talk to, it's a good decision. There are
a lot of things besides drugs, but you and
your Dr can decide what's best for YOU.
My midwife suggested i take B complex
because it helps with easing depression if
its mild. Also, Sunlight! Vitamin D from
the sun can make a world of difference so
get out there and go for a walk every day.
Not only to you have the preggo hormonal
issue, but its the holidays, its dark out
longer, it's grey and cloudy (at least
here). Hell, i am sorta depressed and i
didn't just have a baby. You will get
through this, but I really know exactly
how you feel. Things you normally would
have laughed off seem so monumental, and
sometimes it just seems like its never
going to end. Talk to asomeone medically.
I assure you, you will feel better!
Hugs to you.

Suzy, I am here for you ANY time you need
me. I've never been through everything
that you have in the past month, but I've
had an animal poop on my bed so I know
what that's like.
ANY time.

You always have options. You are the
patient and the dioctor is your employee
so to speak. He or she cannot MAKE you do
anything. Good luck

The after baby blues are hard, but normal.
Talk to your Dr. and decide what's best
for you. I have no problem admitting that
I have depression issues, and have been on
and off prozac pretty much forever. There
is no shame in needing a little help right
now, a new baby is tough, and hormones are
AWFUL. <3
