sorry i dont know if this is the right
board to post this at but anyways...
i go tanning at least 2 times a week. and
twice this has happended to me....
i kinda feel cruddy like maybe im getting
sick, well i go tanning and right after i
start to feel eve more cruddy and by the
next morning or maybe even a few hours
later i am full blown sick. like a cold or
sinus infection. does anyone know if the
tanning bed speeds up the cold or anything
like that????

The only thing i can think of is
dehydrating your body or something to do
with overheating it. My roommate and i
have gone to the beach before for a few
hours, and I would go in the water and
drink bottled water, while she didn't, and
when we got home, she'd feel sick. She got
a fever but it wasn't like a virus. Maybe
you need to take a cold shower afterwards
and drink a lot of water. Your body might
be reacting to the extra heat.
Also, maybe you should switch to spray
tanning.

My friend's father just passed away from
skin cancer. You really shouldn't use
cancer cocoons. Melanoma is a HORRIBLE way
to die.
Use tan in a can.

I like working but I miss being with
