Maybe It's Just My Hormones Acting Up...

My b/f is a union insulator and works with this girl named Melissa. I met her once at his company Christmas dinner, she seemed pretty nice. Anyways my b/f has been leaving our house early to meet her at a gas station 5 mins away from where we live to give her a ride to work. He says they do this to save money and that her truck is a piece of caca. Okay so I have been allright with it because at least he let me know about it to begin with. Lately she has been calling our house at about 5am and asking for him when I answer. She dosnt even say hi to me or tell me good morning and she often calls again the same morning to make sure hes left our house. I just feel like shes being rude to not even say hi to me, she dosnt use any common curtesy to me at all and her keeping tabs on him makes me feel a little odd. Maybe I'm making a big deal out of this because I'm 9 months prego and about to pop and my hormones are wacko but I just dont find it normal. My b/f says she always asks about me tho. Well I'm done with my rant lol. Just needed to vent I guess. I guess I find the whole thing odd because if I was her and catching a ride with her man and calling her house at 5am to keep tabs on her man then I'd at least have the common decentcy to say hi to her and ask her how she is feeling. This girl Melissa also always brags about how sweet and wonderful my man is to other mutual ties and she has been divorced twice and single at the moment. I guess I may just be working myself up, I just don't trust women very well in general. Thanks for letting me rant and vent lol. Smile

I understand the frustration, hun! Have you told your bf how you feel? She is being rude. Also, she should tell you who she is, and not make it seem like a personal call, it should be a "business/carpool call". I am sure everything is honest and she probably just doesn't have manners, but telling bf how you feel may make you feel better! pm me anytime! Smile

has he forgotten to pick her up or been late many times? i don't get why she's calling at 5am to see if he's left. who calls anyone at 5am? i don't get a suspicious vibe and i don't think there's anything to be jealous of, but i would be so annoyed if someone was calling me that early. he needs to tell her to stop calling.

I'd be pissed! I would probably tell her not to be calling at 5 in the morning!

Thankyou so much for listening and replying, I thought I was going insane. These last few weeks I've been sobbing a lot and feeling so blue but I think thats normal considering I'm 40 weeks expecting my first. Smile

No he has never been late on picking her up which is why I was getting upset on her calling at 5am to see if he had left. Just makes me think "why is she doing this? Is she keeping tabs on him or what?" idk I was driving myself insane about it lol. 40 weeks prego now and I'm so hormonal. Sad
