The discharge your having sounds normal for being prego, I have it all the time!
So long as it dosnt smell or is nasty in color you should be fine. Just try to relax until you find out the results from the Dr., at least your on the ball and getting that done to make sure everythings ok for you and baby. Hopefully if you guys are going to keep sleeping together, he will be faithful right? Wouldnt be nice to have another scare. 
Nowdays they have good tech. so even if you do come up positive with something I'm sure they will take care of it w/o any harm to you or baby. I mean if it was a disease like herpes then they could always cut you open at delivery to not expose the baby if you were to have an outbreak. Goodluck I hope everything turns out great, and your doing the right thing by checking now.
