Atkins Diet with Xyphedra Posted: 12-31-07 18:34pm
Hi everyone, I'm new to this website. I
figured I'm going to need some support
this time around, and figured I'd join!
I've done the atkins diet for a year a
couple of years ago and i lost 85lbs!
For over a year now I've been off of it,
and i've only gained 30 back. ! But now
it's time to lose it again. I worked too
hard to gain it all back. I did'nt use
diet pills last time, just exercise and
dieting. Well I decided to try these
pills called Xyphedra, says they are a
non-ephedra stimulant. But just wondering
if I can take them while I'm doing the
atkins. Does anyone know? Thanks so
much. Today is only my second day of
dieting! Wish me luck!

i love the atkins diet ---love the
receipes and the way of life---but cooking
for everyone gets me in trouble---i never
fill up always hungry --i eat good but
maybe to much ----i jsut started taking
xyphedra---i took one today and for 9
hours i was not hungry, did eat some
munchies with the pill and was full took
another after 9 hours and ate more
munchies and cheese----tomorrow i will not
eat munchies---before i took any pills i
ate the atkins way ---i had
mushrooms,veal,onions,and a piece of bacon
for lunch and for breakfast i had
strawberries and whip cream---so i do not
think i did to bad on my first
day---------the only thing i had since
1:00p.m. was cheese curls and half piece
of swiss cheese and a few chips----no more
munchies-----so far i am not hungry---hope
it says this way----many time i do not
want to eat but as i am getting older i
can not go without food so far ok----i
cook for so many family members sometimes
it is hard -----the kids eat all the time
and my small mother eats all day and the
husband eats a lot ---i make a lot a
cookies for the kids and everyone else
---this is a problem as they are calling
me
