It could be a number of things. Have you been constipated? Your uterus could be stretching. Are they coming at regular intervals or what? I have been having contractions for about 10 weeks now and have had labor stopped. My contractions for the most part feel like really bad menstrual cramps and my stomach gets really hard. If you're doing anything like that more than 4 times an hour I would go in to L&D to be checked out.

that's good to know. I'm always afraid I'm going into premature labor and that kinda helps with it. My stomach went hard today and was definitely feeling like cramps all day. Thank you! Good luck with everything, I'm really happy for you that they've held it off this long!

that's what I'm always worried about... it's actually nice having to go to the bathroom every hour and checking for blood, I'm just so paranoid at this point...

but yes, there are NUMEROUS things that can make your abdomen hurt, even if you are not pregnant.

you cant feel yourself dialeting that has notthing to do with cramps
it could be braxton hicks which is normal also. it could also be ligament streching. it could also be that you have to poop

for some people it does.. i am a bigger girl naturally anyway so it could feel like cramps.. they say when she is proparing to drop like her rotating and such that it is more than likely going to feel like cramps but thats because of the fact that i am bigger anyway.. cause my friend cilia said the same thing happened to her with both of her kids and shes bigger and yet her sister whom is like a size 5 and has had 3 kids it didnt do that they were told it was because of the diffrence in their natural size..
