I Am Going to Stay

i realise that i am not myself right and
probably reading way too much into things
and taking things to heart.
I'm not sure if I should speak to my
doctor about taking tablets. I feel like
NOTHING is going right in my life. I keep
thinking negative all the time and it is
getting increasingly hard to pull myself
together.

aww im glad u decided to stay, when your
in a state of mind like that anything
someone says may be taken the wrong way ,
your not thinking logically right now , i
think getting on some tablets would be a
good idea, maybe thats what u need, along
with counseling and everything else to
pull yourself back together and get your
life back on track. beleive me been there
done that, jason thinks i should see
someone but i really dont want to here
because i know the only people i would be
talking to are military drs and i just
dont beleive they are as qualified as a
civilian in the states and i just
personally dont trust them. chances are i
will see them often on this small base,
but i really hope you get the help you
need and you get happier! ::hugs::

worried knowing that you were that
depressed and not talking to us. Please
contact a doctor. If you feel like you
can't do this on your own, then you
probably need a little help.

I'm glad you decided to stay! I know how
you feel. I hate those times when
everything feels wrong and you don't know
how it will ever be right again. But, it
will be. And, until that happens, you have
plenty of people on here that care about
you (including me  that want to help
you through it! I'm available to talk if

There's no harm in asking for help,

I am sure glad that you are sticking
around. Just the fact that you are
recognizing that you are not yourself is a
step in the right direction. I think that
talking to a doctor may be a good
idea.....and remember that we are all here
for you, talking to people and getting
things off your chest can be very
therapeutic.

i know what youre going through
when you dont feel yourself
and even being happy- your just NOT happy
enough
i think it would be a good idea to speak
with your doctor and see what he/she
thinks about it. you may not need
medication for it. i chose to use
antidepressants as my last resort and now
thats what i have to do because its
getting worse.
