I have also heard that raspberry leaf can
induce labor and then I have also heard
that it does not. Whatever the case may
be, you don't want to take it just to be
on the safe side.
There is something called "Prenatal Tea"
which can be taken in tea form or in
caplets in the last 6 weeks before
pregnancy. It is made by Dr. Christopher.
It is safe during this time for
preparation for labor.
You can probably find a bottle of this at
a health food store or online.

Oh and I would say keep away from the
raspberry leaf. If there's any chance it
can cause your baby to be born early then
it's not worth the risk. Your uterus will
do just fine on its own I'm sure
