I'm sorry, but making yourself go into labor is not the best thing for you or your baby. You can stay active, eat healthy and drink plenty of water, but other than that you don't want to labor too early. How far a long are you?

If you are seeing a doctor, and are past your due date, then you can talk to him or her about induction as a possibility. I don't personally recommend it unless it is absolutely medically necessary because of the risks involved.

Otherwise, you need to be patient and wait for the baby to come when it is ready. If you try to make yourself go into labor and the baby is not ready, you will end up spending a lot of time in the NICU and risk the baby's life.....and I have been through a pre-term birth and all the worry that comes with a baby in the NICU, and I assure you that it is worth the last weeks of pregnancy to NOT to have to go through that.

I know it's easier said than done, but it is for the best.

The baby needs to come out on his/her own. Don't rush things because the baby can be born with problems and have to spend time in icu and you don't want that.

My baby was born at 38 weeks via emergency c section and still had to be in NICU because of lung issues. This is rare but could happen. I know you want to rush it, but just be patient. How far are you?
