Is it okay to drink sprite? I can drink a
2 liter sprite in 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I love
it and it is the only think that seems to
satisfy my thirst.

Caffeine or not, soda in general isnt too
great for you nor your pregnant body... I
would prefer you asking your personal
doctor his/her opinion on you as a person
drinking it... and if you are drinking it
please moderate your intake thats alot of
soda

here's a tip, drink A LOT of water, then a
sip of sprite, you'll think you just drank
all that sprite but your body will love
you more because of the water! That's what
I do and it always seems to work.

Thats a good idea Lilly. I was going to
suggest the same thing. I drink soo much
water every day, I love it. I usually put
a crystal lite to go pack in my water for
lunch or dinner. I very rarely drink
soda.

I drink an extremely large amount of water
too! I just want sprite all the time. My
mouth is constantly dry! I also drink
juice and milk. I drink and drink and
drink until my stomach looks like I'm
about 5 months pregnant. Then, i spend
the whole night using the bathroom. I
can't help my self though. All i want to
do is drink.

some reason i throw it back up... so i
drink watered down sprite and 7up put 1/2
a cup of that and then the rest is ice let
is melt and drink it that way its half and
half... or just put cold water in the
sprite.. thats what i was told to do that
way my body is getting the water that it
needs..

it may be caffeine free but it's still
loaded with sugar. try to make it your
treat, drink 3 glasses of water and you
can have some sprite.
