I just found out I am pregnant for the first time. I have no health insurance yet and am so confused about what I should be doing, as far as health/diet goes? Any help?

hi, I have heard that you shouldn't eat deli meat, certain tuna, any game fish, stop drinking coffee and caffinated beverages, don't smoke or drink, and you should definitely get on a prenatal vitamin that has 800 mg of folic acid. Also try to drink a lot of milk!

Go to planned Parenthood
You need to go to planned parenthood for information. They will do a pregnancy test for free then you can take that to the medicaid office as they will need proff if you just go to the doctor for the test you could pay up to 100.00 just for the test and office call. Then sign up for medical help that is offered in your state. It is for the health of you and your baby.

I know more then a year off but anyone who is in her shoes should do this.
