I am very embarrassed asking this question, but please, I need help from other females. My question is how do I know if I had an orgasm? I know my body tenses up, I do get a very intense pulsing sensation down there, as if something is about to happen, but then I feel like there should be something more. Some kind of release feeling. I know I feel fear, as if I am going to pee all over, so I wonder if I am stopping myself from receiving a full orgasm. I know this sounds stupid, but I am not quite sure if I am having a full orgasm or not. I do enjoy sex. Please help and please do not laugh.

It sounds like you are not experiencing an orgasm but getting close keep trying and you'll get it soon.

if you feel like you need to pee whilst your half way through an orgasm.. this is ok!!!... it isnt wee.. it isnt possible to wee and have an orgasm at the same time... so when you are halfway through orgasm and you feel the urge to wee.. then just let it out.. it wont be urine.. trust me.. and your orgasm will be 100 times better than uve ever had before. try reading this.. http://www.the-cl itoris.com/f_html/ejacula.htm ...it might help you

Your right, you should feel a release after an intense build up. It sounds like you are super close though so keep trying.
