I don't think yelling and screaming is the answer for the whole bed wetting.

How old are the kids?

i know what you mean i cant seem to get that through her head.. they are9 8 6 5 4.. i dunno what to do about it... i mean i cant really limit them to no drinking before bed because they eat so early... i dunno what to do.. i think that if their mother were here it would help they have no stability with her coming and going the way she does...

Who is having the accidents?? I am just wondering if they children are extremely heavy sleepers. That is one possible cause (from what I just read).

I wish I had advice but my child is four years old and still wears a diaper at bedtime. He is such a heavy sleeper and literally wouldn't even wake up with a really loud alarm by his ear. I know other children his age who have been potty trained at night for quite a while. I hope someone on here has some advice for you.

I just looked up on DrGreene - Primary nocturnal enuresis. There is some good information but no advice. I would check that out and perhaps you can have a discussion with your mother in law. What she is doing to the kids is very determintal as you probably know. They can't help it.

Geneva is 6 and occasionally wets the bed at night if she has something to drink after 7 pm. She goes to bed at 8:30 and pees before bed. Sometimes she balks at my request to go to the BR, but I just ask her if she likes peeing in her bed and she says no and goes to the bathroom. I keep a special pad on her bed in case she does wet the bed, so it wont make her matress reek (I can't stand the smell of urine). Also, if she does make a mess, she has to be the one to clean it up, wash the sheets, and help make her bed. I don't know if this helps you, but there's my advice (also, if they aren't your children, maybe the one in charge of them should care for them)

we have sleep pads on the beds but thats not the problem the problem is them peeing the bed not telling us and us not having back up sheets for them... the other problem is the fact that i live here and i have to be the one that deals with it because like i said in previouse posts, i live with them and my mother in law and she works 12 hours a day 7 days a week and my husband works 12-15 hours per night 6-7 days a week... i just dont have the energy to deal with it all right now.. we are working on getting our own place but Avy will be here before we get it...

That sounds really frustrating. I'm sorry you have to deal with it.
