thanks ladies!
so the new job isn't much more money than
he's making now, but it's some and every
bit helps. also he's really not happy with
his current job and it stresses him out,
so this will be a refreshing change.
the major downfall is that he had over 120
hours of vacation saved up and was going
to take 3 weeks off in april for esme. at
the new place he won't be permanent yet so
he won't be earning vacation/sick time and
won't be able to take anything off paid. i
know my c-section will be on a thursday so
he'll take that day off and then we don't
know what we'll do. it makes me sad to
think about it, so for now i'm not.
jerr, he works in IT. i don't know exactly
what he does but i'm pretty sure he just
goes around fixing anything that goes
wrong with the computers and computer
related things. he's a geek, he loves it.

Well good for him! A nice change of pace
will probably do him good... nothign worse
than going to a job you just dont like
anymore everyday.
Just take everday as it comes I'm sure
when it gets down to it you wont be alone
after you give birth ... you'll probably
have soo many people around you it will
make you crazy!

B.. some companies (like one Rob worked
for a couple years ago) gives you your
time earned after you stop employment. It
would be a check equal to whatever amount
f hours he got. Now some dont.. so i
dunno. It wouldnt hurt to ask. Plus, maybe
he could take the vacation now, give his
notice later, and start working at the
other place while on vacation from the one
he has now so he still gets the pay? (if
that makes sense.. lol)
