I know it is hard, but try not to worry/fret so much over the risk of miscarriage. Stress isn't good for the baby.

I read somewhere that taking hormone suppressants during pregnancy can reduce the risk of miscarriag for PCOS patients. Maybe it would be worth a talk to your doctor?
There is also a high risk for pre eclampsia to develop, as well as gestational diabetes. Just really watch your diet.
I had pre eclampsia and although it was scary, my experience wasn't all that bad. Kyleigh was born 100% healthy, 1 month early.
