I'm not sure exactly the temp, but it was
at least 65 the past two days. We got half
our fence put up :yay:! In the middle of
January!!
Ever heard the redneck joke: If you work
outside without a shirt on and so does
your husband... you might be a redneck...
Yea, that was me today , don't
worry, I had a bra on
Michelle always remember that the slower
that the weight comes off the more likely
you are to keep it off. The main thing is
is do not get discouraged. One excellent
snack (I am not sure if ww approves) is to
have about 10-12 whole almonds make sure
they are plain (not roasted or salted)
They are high in fat but it is a healthy
fat that actually helps you to lost
weight. Plus they fill you up and are
quite satisfying because they are crunchy.
And there is 0 sodium and lots of
potassium so it helps to shed all that
excess water weight.
Good luck and remember that you are
beautiful just the way you are and that
you really don't have that much to lose
anyways..so 2 pounds is a lot!!

Michelle, I think that 2 pounds in one
week is pretty good. You shouldn't lose
any more than that or you will gain it
back too quickly as soon as you stop
dieting. I have started a diet with the
people in my office. We made a deal that
we would only bring in healthy lunches and
once a week, we are going to trade turns
cooking everyone a healthy lunch. It
makes it much easier to stick to the diet.
My husband and I have been going to the
gym at least 2 nights a week. I have been
on the diet since the day after new years
and have been working out for the past
week and I have only lost 2 pounds.
Keep it up and dont give up.

I loved the weather today! Unfortunatly
everytime I tried taking Kaylee outside to
play, she'd make straight bee-line for the
road, so we didn't stay out long. I'm
hoping to have some outside toys for her
this summer so she stays occupied. &
seeing her today jetting to the road,
we're going to get a fence too
Shannah.. I knew SOME kind of nut was good
for you, I just could never remember what
it was. I'll look for some almonds while
we're grocery shopping this week! Thank
you!!
