For about 2-3 weeks my right testicle has been aching. There are no bumps that I can feel. However, what alarms me most is sometimes my right testicle seems to almost dislocate, and ride upward and to the right of my scrotom. This often occurs during sex, and is painful. I then have to push the testicle back into place. What is going on? This didn's used to happen.

Go see a urologist who can examine you. Let us know how it turns out.
