MRI result of shoulder injury

Got an MRI after the 3rd cortizone shot. What does this mean?

IMPRESSION (MRI Report)

Moderate degenerative change of acromioclavicular joint with low position with inferior thickening and spur formation with mild supraspinatus imprint. Peripheral acromion imprint on supraspinatus.
Moderate tendinosis of supraspinatus tendon, particularly anterior and peripheral, with some thickening and focal thinning and increased intensity. Slight degenerative change of the superior and anterior glenoid labrum.

THANKS!

Well, I think that the keyword here is "degenerative", meaning worsening. It seems that some of the muscles are experiencing thickening and thinning in parts, which could be the cause of pain and should misalignment.

Did you sustain an injury?
