No, not all pregnant women experience
breast tenderness in the first trimester
of pregnancy. Breast tenderness is very
common symptom during early pregnancy but
is a very subjective symptom. Some women
feel it, some don't. Further, those women
that experience breast tenderness in early
pregnancy don’t feel/sense the
tenderness with the same intensity.
