It is very possible that her hymen is
already broken, or she was even born
without one. It can be broken during a
number of physical activities (for
example, horse back riding). Does she use
tampons when she has her period, or has
she ever fingered herself? If the answer
is yes to either of those, chances are her
hymen is already broken. If not and it
breaks, that is okay. A broken hymen is
NOT losing your virginity. Your hymen has

you have to be as gentle as you can when
using fingers to stimulate the clitoris.
it is extremely extremely sensitive and
overstimulation can be painful! make sure
your fingers are well lubricated with
either lube or spit and take one finger
(your index finger is probably the
easiest) and gently and slowly circle the
