nightmares and bedwetting with energy drinks Posted: 01-09-08 14:21pm
i been drinking coffee and coke since i
could hold a cup.. i stopped drinking coke
and replaced it with Monster, Redbull..
anything i get my hands on but i never
drink more then 2 a day, i only drink the
drinks when i work so its prolly like 3 or
4 days a week.
For the past year i been having extremely
bad sleeping problems that are sooo
complicated to explain sometimes
nightmares, inability to move or talk
while trying to fall asleep(which while
looking around sounds like SP), waking up
suprised for no reason out of breath with
a POUNDING heart, and something i will
only admit here cus i don't actually have
to see anyone, i been having dreams so
real and sometimes they involve nothing
but bull and maybe me using the bathroom
and when i wake up TADA a wet bed, This
scares me because i'm about to be 18 and i
wet my bed ONCE before this when i was 3.
Also chest pains, pains in my sides,
Racing heart, dizziness, and a blinding
migranes some days and basically the other
days its a dull headache, SLIGHT
hallucinations(hearing my name, talking or
seeing something out of the corner of my
eye.)

Avoid Caffeine Drinks Posted: 01-11-08 12:04pm
The drinks you have mentioned are filled
with caffeine which is a sympathetic
stimulating drug. That means it activates
your "fight and flight" system to give you
a boost in energy. Since it is a drug it
is affecting your nervous system and all
off your systems are related to your
nervous system. These are early signs and
if you do not stop these drinks you could
do permanent damage.

I don't know if this helps but I had a
problem with stuttering really bad when I
was in my late teens. I never had the
problem as a child and I haven't had it
since (I am in my 30s now). I think it
lasted a few years and my parents told me
it was probably stress. If you are
stressed out, you might try listening to
some Tony Robbins(?)
