I need help from moms who have breastfeed their child in the past and are not anymore and did not receive a period until after they stopped breastfeeding. What is the first period like? I find I'm scared and it's really wonky and I don't even know if it's just because of my hormones or if something is up. Sorry if this is TMI. I have been spotting off and on for the last two days. When I woke up this morning there was a little more blood but then it was gone again after a couple hours. Is this normal? What can I expect?
