painful glans and perennial area

Here is my story:

I was masturbating one day and I was pulling my penis towards the left. I felt a little bit of a pain that made me stop pulling it left, but not enough to stop masturbating. The pain increased throughout the day and basically never went away. Throughout the whole next day, the pain was a worse, but not completely unbearable. The pain was located on the left side base of the penis and hurt to put pressure on it or move the penis %u201Cmuscles%u201D. There was also some pain beneath the testicles (Perennial Area, where the penis feels like it attaches). There was not any visual sign of damage. About 3 months down the road, I also started to get an irritation on the tip of my penis with the worst being at the opening. At this time it had been about three months, so I finally decided enough was enough and that it obviously was not going to get better on its own. I saw my family doctor, a dermatologist, and three urologists over the time up to now (5 years). They have tried several different over-the-counter creams for the irritation, but none of them helped. I have also had a blood couple tests done which have proved to be normal. I have been told it is possibly Prostatitis or Meatal Stenosis (The opening is on the small side). I find both of these unlikely though because it seems as if it was caused by injury, but I suppose that could be coincidental. I am a virgin as well, so STDs are ruled out.

Fast forward to today, my symptoms include:

1. Pain right behind/below the testicles (In between the testicles and the anus, perennial area). Sitting will sometimes make this worse. This symptom is much better now than before.

2. Penis tip is extremely sensitive (I am circumcised). It appears more red than normal and the skin is textured (slightly scaly) instead of how it used to be (smooth). The %u201Ctexturing%u201D may be normal though for a circumcised person. The opening of the penis also appears to be slightly swollen and the most irritated. It hurts just for the head to rub against underwear. Sometimes after masturbating the very tip of my urethra will burn upon urination. The penis tip soreness is definitely my worse symptom.

3. Sometimes, upon a bowel movement (Usually after not ejaculating for awhile, I have had a semen discharge.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank You.

i cant say for sure, but i think the irritation of the meatus is likely to be unconnected to the other things you have mentioned.

the discharge when you have a bowel movement, and the pain in the perrenial area suggests to me this could be a prostate issue. it doesnt sound like you injured yourself to be honest. if all you did was move your penis a bit to the side while masturbating. it could be that the problem was there but only became apparent whenever you were masturbating.

if your doctor thought you had prostatitis, did he not give you any antibiotics to take? and if you have meatal stenosis i believe it can be corrected by surgery. did he suggest this? what did he say to do? he couldn't have possible just diagnosed you and left it at that??
