sudden craving for vegetables while nursing Posted: 01-10-08 23:44pm
For the past week, I can't seem to eat
enough vegetables. Seriously. Today I had
about three cups of cauliflower, some
broccoli, a cup of carrots, two to three
cups of cabbage. I will probably have some
corn later. That does not include the two
cups of OJ, along with Apples and Bananas
I ate today. The rest of my diet has
remained the same. So, I will probably
gain weight. I am still nursing my child
(6 months) and am on prenatals. I can't
imagine being deficient in anything. What
is going on? I just can't get enough.
What I crave most is the butter ON the
vegetables.
I am very healthy now LOL
