So, I had my non-stress test today at one
PLUS my reg. doctor appointment today at
2:30...
The stress test went fine. They said
everything looked good. The baby's heart
rate was great... I was apparently having
some major contraction that I couldn't
feel lol...
At my doctor appointment he said I'm
Dilated to ALMOST 1..pretty firggin
close.. prolly with in the next week...
I won't see him again until Friday the
25th because he wont be in next monday...
I HOPE I go before next friday...

I'm glad to hear everything went okay!
Not to rain on your parade, but 1 isn't
really that big of a deal. I'm not trying
to be mean... just please try not to get
your hopes up that you'll go early. Lots
of women are dilated for weeks before they
go into labor. I know you're ready for
this to be over, but these last weeks
really are important for your little one,
and I know you'd rather him be healthy
than for him to come early and have
problems.

I'm glad thins went well also
I know that I can be dilated to 1 for
weeks.. BUT it just means things are at
least starting....I also know that these
last few weeks are important but I DON'T
wanna get checked again lol. It's so
uncomfortable.. If I even went on the 25th
that would be fine.. That would be 5 days
before my due date... I DON'T want him to
come on my due dat (which a lot of people
think is gonna happen) I do want him to be
healthy and problem free but that isn't
even guaranteed if he's born after the due
date.

It's not guaranteed, no, but every day he
spends in your womb is another day his
lungs are getting stronger. It's a little
more weight on his bones. It's a little
more development he can make before
undergoing the extreme stress of labor and
delivery.
I'm really not trying to bring you down.
I'm just trying to make you understand.
There are at LEAST two women here (Suzy
and Karin) whose babies were born and had
to be taken to the NICU because they had
problems breathing.
Going to or past your due date isn't
terrible. I understand how uncomfortable
and impatient you are - I've been there
and done that - but it's better for your
son the longer he stays in.

I know that... and I want him to stay in
as long as possible. Just as long as he
DOESN'T come out on the 30th. right before
or after that will be just fine though. My
mom seems to think i'm going to be one of
the ones who progresses really fast..
I don't want him to have to spend any time
in the NICU. I don't know how i'd handle
that.... but, I guess we'll see how this
next almost 2 weeks goes and see if I make
it to my next dr. appointment and see what
he has to say..
ok, grr ever since my stress test has been
over i've not been able to stop itching
all over lol..it's angering me...
oh. I forgot to mention in my OP that I've
lost 2 lbs since last monday

well!!!!!
I've been a "loose fingertip" aka 1cm for
about a month now!!!
I'm all about having her stay in there
until her due date...cuz Oni suffered BAD
Jaundice because her liver wasn't
filtering the biliruben in her blood
because she was a 37 weeker!
You DEF want him to bake longer!!
YAY for the weight loss!! How much have
you gained so far??
