How many tampons are you going through? If you continue to go through 1 tampon an hour for the next few hours, you need to call your doctor's office.

when did you start your birth control?

shouldn't she not get her period until she gets to the sugar pills? (that's directed at our resident smarty, ingi)

But if you use more than 1 tampon pad per hour for more than a few hours, you NEED to call your doctor, mkay? Smile

i was on a different pill but i was also told it would take about 3 months to get on track, but i would get my period during the sugar pills and breakthrough bleeding during the active pills.

i think you should call your doctor.

Suzy has it been heavy like that for the duration of ur period? It could be a combo of the first period after baby is born AND ur BC..

Glad you called your dr. I hope things settle down for ya!!

Just thought that I share. When I started on b/c (although a diffferent type) I got my period after the first week of pills and bled for the next three weeks until I started a new pack then the next pack I bled for 2 weeks, and after several months I finally got back to normal.. Starting on b/c can really screw ya up!
