Okay, so I missed three pills last week (Wed, Thurs, Fri). I took Saturday's as normal as I read if you miss more than two then to just start on the day you're at and continue. Well, I got my period today (I think...it's fairly light) So should I start taking the hormone pills and finish out the pack then start a new one as normal? Or should I continue with the regular pills and finish the pack like that? Thanks in advance for any help!

finish the pack as if you were not bleeding. Because you missed the pills your cycle has been thrown off. Also, the more pills you miss the higher your chances of pregnancy. You should be more careful or find another form of birth control

Yes, so don't have unprotected sex for at least a week. But otherwise just keep on your schedule.
