I know you all missed me
I'm doing a little better now, i have a
doctors appointment tommorow to try and
talk everything through and see what
medication will be best for me etc. If i
go on like this me and Dom won't last,
it's tearing us apart. Housing is still
going badly, the council have nowhere in
our town to give us, Dom's decided to go
to college in September so even if we did
go into private renting come september we
won't be able to pay it. Dom's parents
divorce is looming and my house is teeny.
I had my college interview yesterday
morning, it was so scary. The whole room
that had everyone else who was having an
interview at the same time as me was full
of skanky looking 15 year olds with really
bad clip in bleach extentions that were
all straggly . I
don't think i did too well, i was so
nervous and i think having MIka and having
epilepsy might be a big disadvantage to me
going by how the interviewer looked when
she wrote it down. Although she showed me
the college nursery and it is amazing!
They have a huge oudoor play area with
slides and sandpits and all those kind of
things. Th eonly downside to college is
that for my kit, uniform and trips i have
to pay £380 or US$744.15. My grandparents
will pay 100 and so will my parents but i
still need to pay 180.
My best friend gave birth last night.
She'd been 3cm for two days having regular
conractions and then yesterday when she
went to the hospital at 7am she was 4cm so
they said to stay in. In the evening at
around 8pm her baby flipped over so they
were spine to spine, she was 9cm at this
point, she had an epidural because well if
any of you have ever had a spine to spine
baby you'll know why! She went back to 8cm
then because the doctor said the baby had
gone back up a little further to try and
corect his position, he couldn't though.
The doctos originally wanted to use
forceps but because of his positioning he
could of broken the baby's neck if he had
so she was rushed into theatre for an
emergency c-section and gave birth to a
little boy called Joey at 10.35pm.
Phewww i think thats everything out!!!
Danni x

i'm glad you're back dani we all missed you.
i'm also glad you're feeling better and
going to the doctors to get it sorted. i
really hate you feeling this way. the
housing situation will get better
eventually. it will take some time as the
council really sucks. have you tried
talking to dom about how you feel? when
dom does go back to college he should get
paid some money and it will be worth it in
the end because he'll have qualifications
and can get a better job with better
money. and congratulations on your friend
giving birth! thats great oh and you'll
get into college, no doubt. good luck

I'm glad you're back! I really hope the dr
is able to help, no one should have to go
through what you are experincing.
I don't know much about the housing option
there. Does your University have on campus
housing? Sorry if that's a stupid
question.

she's applying for a college place, so
unfortunately they don't have housing
facilities like a univerity would. but i
do know that she could apply for some
grant to help with the cost of college,
etc.

Unfortunatly i can't get a grant for my
kit but because i'm under 19 and will be
in full time education i get all Mika's
childcare paid for so i can't really
complain! Also i think i'm going to be
giving up breastfeeding soon, nearly 7
months of breastfeeding is really good IMO
but i really need a little bit of me time
too so that will help me out alot

7 months of breast feeding is amazing!
It's an awesome accomplishment, you should
be so proud of yourself.
