When I was younger I got a really bad case
of chylamdia. Is it true that if you let
it go, without getting to a doctor that
you can't reproduce? I can honestly say I
had it for a long time and didn't know. I
had gone to a clinic to get checked out
and they said that wasnt it. And then
about 7-8 months later I went to a real
doctor and I had it. I hadnt had sex
during that time frame (i chose to go
celibate) And now that I have been with
the same man 2 years. Tested first. For
the past 1.5 yr Ive been trying to get
pregnant and cant. I really want to have
another baby. My clock is ticking. Can
someone enlighten me please?

If you have been trying for over a year,
you need to ask your gynecologist for a
referral to a fertility specialist. Once
you meet with a specialist, they can
investigate what is going on and find out
why you aren't getting pregnant.
