At 4.10pm. I'm terrified. I have no idea
what i'm going to say to him, i have so
much spinning around in my head but i have
no idea how to get it out. I really should
go and actually get me and Mika dressed
now, we woke up late and now it's 1.20pm
and we're still in our pj's! I feel so bad
because now because of me waking up late i
can't go and see my friend who had her
baby

It's hard , because even though you know
how you're feeling , it's hard to put it
out there in words.
Doctors are usually pretty good though ,
give him a slight idea of how you're
feeling ... usually doctors are good at
asking the right questions to get the ball
rolling!

sometimes you cant think of what your
going to say because when theres so MUCH
to say its hard to get it all out or
you'll sound like this:
