There is nothing "wrong," but I'm very
irritable and sad... I just feel heavy.
I'm hanging out with my boyfriend and
brother, and they've been trying to help
but inevitably give up and get mad at me
for being this way. Because of their
reaction I don't want to reach out to them
and tell them that I really am sad, that
I'm not just trying to be a jerk. I just
want to hug my boyfriend and cry and be
fine a few minutes later but I can't bring
myself to do it because I hate it so much
when he gets frustrated with my bad mood.
Am I depressed? This happens to me quite a
bit. I hate myself when I'm this way, so
what can Ido to snap out of it?

you could go talk to a counselor maybe?
are there certain things that trigger this
to make you feel this way?

It may be a chemical imbalance in your
brain. You should go talk to someone
about it.
