I had my days mixed up and just realized
that I took two pills on Tuesday (the
Tuesday and Wednesday pill) and the
Thursday pill on Wednesday. It is now
Thursday and I only have a Friday pill
left. Should I go ahead and take the
Friday pill today so I don't skip a day,
or take the pill at my usual time on
Friday? (it is the last pill in the pack)
Im sorry if this is confusing. Thank you!

I wouldn't take that advice. It's better
to have a pill every day than to purposely
skip. Take one pill every day until you
run out of ACTIVE pills. You can then open
up another pill pack and use that as a
"go-to" pack if you ever lose a pill or
accidentally double up again. Take one
ACTIVE pill from this go-to pack, and then
you'll have taken the active pills for the
right number of days, and you'll be back
to the right day of the week to start your
placebo week. That way your schedule isn't
messed up AND you don't have an
unprotected day.

do you have another pack? I'd keep taking
it, it's ok to take two in a day (by
accident) but don't skip another day. If
you have another pack, steal one from
there.

I agree with Eiri.
If you don't have an extra pack for a
"go-to" pack, what you should do is take
your pill without skipping any days. Then
take the seven placebo pills like normal,
and start the next pack as soon as you are
done with this one. It would just move
your schedule up by a day, but you would
still be fully protected.
