I just found this post and had to go back
and look at all the other posts on Carly.
It's just amazing how everything went. My
brother was born prematurely back in 1984
and was 1lb 10 oz and they said he was
lucky to be alive after only three days.
She seems to be doing so well!!! Way to go
Carly and I will keep you all in my
thoughts and blessings. Know that you are
a strong woman to be so positive about
everything. I do not think that I would
have the strength to know what to do with
myself let alone how to even process the
thought of my son laying there right in
front of me and not being able to touch
him. You are a brave and strong woman.

I didn't want you to get the wrong idea,
I'm able to touch and hold Carly. I have
been able to touch her ever since birth
and I was able to start holding her when
she was almost 4 weeks old.
My little brother was born in '84 too!

So glad Carly is doing good!! She is such
a strong little girl!! She definately
gets her strength from her mom!!
