Inside my butthole itches like crazy.
It's been this way for a couple of years
now. Embarrassing to say the least!
What's up with that? Ideas? First time
on site. Thanking you in advance.

Thanks for the reply Mike. I've tried
that several times, but it just doesn't
seem to get rid of it. It kinda helps
with the itching, but that's about all.

so its inside and not the surrounding
area? I assume you keep everything as
clean as possible. Probably should have a
doc take a look, as embarressing as it may
be.

Yeah, I probably keep it too clean.
Thanks! The thought of the process of
going to the doc with a "butt itch"
certainly isn't going to be a treat. Poor
doctor.

welcome to the wonderful world of
hemorrhoids!
it is probably internal hemorrhoids.
although they wont go away, eating a good
diet helps stop them getting worse or
developing new ones. drinking lots of
water, eat fruit, veg, high fibre... you
get the idea.

Ouch! Thanks fiona05! I'll sure try those
suggestions. That's going to consist of a
total life style change for me, but I
guess I needed that any way. I'm good
with all those things, except the "veggie"
thing. lol Again, thanks for your help.

aye, cos if you have a bad diet or dont
drink enough water, your stools are harder
so you strain more when you are on the
toilet. this can often cause them, and
certainly make them worse if you already
have them. nice healthy poos just shoot
right out of you, no problem! so try to
eat better lol.
wikipedia should have a good article on
hemorrhoids, check it out.
