Yeah, take out the caffeine for sure. The water is ok but for weight gain purposes juice, milk(I'm lactose intolerant so I have to stick with soy milk), or Gatorade. Drink water but drink other things too.

Some fruits aren't very good.. It's like salads, they are REALLY healthy but it's mostly water so its not going to help you. That’s why I eat a lot of bananas or even dried fruits. Uh... do you eat wheat bread? Always pick the multi grain stuff or just wheat bread.

Snacks are also a must. I LOVE smoothies or malts for a snack and that can help out. And you know those sports bars? I was told those are good but I think they taste gross. Otherwise trail mix is a good pick too.

hm... I don't know. It's really weird how some people need to put in as much of a conscious effort to gain as others do to lose weight...

Protein? haha yeah chicken and stuff Very
Happy

Peanut butter on EVERYTHING. One of my coaches told me to have a peanut butter sandwhich everyday. I wasn't feeling that so I just put it on crackers or fruits. I haven't done that much this year though..

Otherwise meats, nuts, eggs...

One or two drinks of pop isn't going to bother you, just as long as you drink the good stuff too! I was just making sure thats not ALL you drank.

What kind of vegetables? Most aren't going to help you gain weight. In fact, even if you eat a large salad it won't do you any good. Its mostly just water intake and makes you feel full when you could be eating something better.

Eat something of substance! Just eating a lot doesn't mean anything. Eating correctly and making a conscious effort to cut out some foods and opt for more healthy calories. Now THAT will help you gain weight.

I'll find a list of things that will help you later today, but I can't find it right now for some reason.

to gain weight you need to take your body weight multiply it by 22 and thats your caloric intake for the day. then you must find the proper breakdown in terms of your macronutrients. For you I would suggest 50% Carbs,30% Protein and 20% Fats. You still need to eat healthy and eat more complex carbs such as sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta etc etc. Protein need to be around 165 grams which is just over 1.5g/lb of bodyweight which is perfect,275g carbs and 50g fat. Forgot to mention protein and fat sources. For protein fish would be great since it has great fat content thats healthy for you as well as lean cuts of steak and chicken. Stay away from deli meats. For fats nuts are great and so are avocados and peanut butter. Always eat a comlete meal with a carb/fat/protein source which will help your body breakdown the nutrients better and allow your body to use them and store thenm efficiently. Le tme know if you have any more questions I'd be glad to help.

First off, if you are 14 and want to gain mass in your thighs just wait a little while and you will as you get older and your body goes through puberty and matures.

I was the same way in school and I always got teased and I finally learned just to deal with it since there was nothing I did that worked for me to gain anything. I am glad now that I didn't force my body to gain earlier than it was ready to since I matured I gained in all the areas I wanted to gain, except the chest Sad .

Good luck and I would try Sarah Jessica Parker's brand Bitten if you have a Steve and Barrys near you. They are tiny and you can get longs.
