BC effects people in different ways- you
don't always gain weight. I am exact
opposite of you- i need to lose 10 pounds
grrr
Look into high calorie foods and drinks
just try and stay away from fatty and junk
food- you don't want to clod up your
arteries

Yay, a girl that wants to gain weight.
What a weirdo. Cough eh hem. Ok, protein
shakes, NO Girlfriend, NO. Asking GNC
customer server, NO Girlfriend NOOOOOOOO.
Why, because a lot of them know less about
some of these products then even I (I
don't know too many GNC products) and
their major focus is sales, not helping
the customer =/. That is what I felt at
least during my times at GNC, I used to
buy various protein shakes, and some
L-glutamine and Argenine and Leukic, and
whenever I'd query the workers there to
help explain to me, I'm like -_- you
definitely don't know what you are talking
about. They'd just be telling me things
like "why are you taking leukic by itself,
it doesn't help increase strength (yet it
says it does on the label), you should
take it with gakic as well, basically just
trying to make me buy both.
If you must buy a product there, look for
some sort of weight gainers, I believe
that is what the name is called. I've
heard various stories though, that it
does, or does not work. I wouldn't rely on
a supplement, any such "bonuses" can't be
expected to get the work done for you
solely on it's own. During high school I
was quite the typically skinny boy at
150ish pounds. But eer since last spring
and upon getting the P.T. certification
and working out/eating right, I'm 175
now!!! YES! According to BMI, I JUST
surpassed being overweight. Roar =P I
didn't need to use something to gain that,
and trust me, I thought I couldn't gain
weight at one point.
I have a feeling you eat quite a bit
despite your itty bitty demeanor Suzy, but
what does your diet consist of usually and
how often do you eat per day. Do you eat
like 3 huge meals, or wha?

Eat 1-2 peanut butter sandwiches every
night before you go to bed. A boxing
trainer told be that, to gain weight over
time easy.

Gain weight in a healthy way Posted: 02-06-08 16:24pm
It sure is harder to gain weight than to
lose weight as hard to believe as it is.
You want to gain the right kind of body
weight though not just fat but muscle as
well. There are some great shakes on the
market that will help you do just that.
You can mix them with milk, yogurt or/and
fruit.
Take one mid morning and one mid afternoon
on top of your regular meals.
But please do not overindulge in rich,
fatty foods, you'll just gain a health
problem, one a lot more serious than being
a little thin.

When I was a teenager I needed to gain
weight, Mom made milkshakes made with
cream, rich ice cream and eggs. She also
put cream on my cereal.
