I have a rash near my genital area close to my upper leg not sure what to do . only itches when i sweat .

sean316,i just read your post. i also have a rash around my privates,i am a 44 yr old, healthy circumcised male. what i think you suffer from is a case of jock itch. your doctor will examine your genital area also he will look at the area around your inner thighs for any signs of a rash.
